Customer Service Representative

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team. This is a part-time role based in our Wangaratta Branch, working 5 days per week.

  • As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for customers and will play a key role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.
  • You will assist customers with identifying suitable products and services, including account opening, unsecured lending, and baking transactions.
  • Ensure all details are accurate and up-to-date, providing a seamless and consistent experience for customers.
  • Demonstrate Smarter Banking options to customers, helping them make their banking simple, easy, and secure.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide excellent customer service and support to customers.
  • Assist customers with product and service inquiries.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and professional manner.
