Job Title: Technical Customer Services Officer
Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Technical Customer Services Officer. As a key member of our operations department, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and technical support to our customers.
In this role, you will work closely with our customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements. You will also be responsible for managing administrative processes related to water and property connections, ensuring efficient and timely service delivery to our customers in compliance with relevant legislation.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in administration and customer service, with experience in plumbing, water, and sewerage connection procedures. They will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
Main Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality customer service and technical support to our customers
- Manage administrative processes related to water and property connections
- Work closely with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions
- Ensure efficient and timely service delivery to our customers in compliance with relevant legislation
Required Skills and Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must have:
Certificate 3 or above in Business or a related field, or minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role
Knowledge and experience in plumbing, water, and sewerage connection procedures
Demonstrated commitment, ability, and experience in resolving customer enquiries while providing a strong customer focus
Intermediate computer skills with the ability to learn and adapt to multiple systems, including MS Office
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for collaborating with colleagues and interacting with customers and stakeholders
Strong organisational, self-management, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
