About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Customer Service Administration Officer to join our team at O'Brien Glass Industries Limited. As a key member of our customer service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and administrative support to our customers and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide a high level of customer service and support to our customers through various communication channels
  • Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and data
  • Assist with data entry and data validation to ensure accuracy and quality
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as invoicing and scheduling
  • Support project managers with specific administrative tasks related to their assigned projects
  • Organise and communicate project details and assignments to team members
  • Serve as a liaison between team members and project managers

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A true passion for delivering customer service excellence
  • Strong influencing and negotiation skills
  • Resilience and the ability to work in a complex and fast-paced environment
  • Intermediate IT skills
  • Professional communication and presentation skills
  • Excellent and clear verbal and written communication skills
  • A current driver's license
  • The ability to resolve issues and create solutions for customers
