Senior Commercial Property Lawyer

This position offers a chance to work on complex property projects, providing legal guidance to ensure successful outcomes. The role involves drafting and negotiating documentation, advising on land acquisitions and leasing matters, and managing due diligence processes.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and review contracts for construction, consultancy, and development projects.
- Provide expert advice on commercial and industrial leasing, including agreements for lease and finalisation of leasing documentation.
- Manage the coordination of data rooms and respond to queries during due diligence processes.
- Prepare and maintain precedents, templates, and confidentiality agreements in line with risk parameters.
- Collaborate with business teams to find practical solutions that balance legal risk and commercial objectives.
- 5+ years' experience in a law firm or in-house environment, with a strong property focus.
- Proven expertise in leasing, acquisitions, and large-scale property transactions.
- Commercial acumen and a collaborative approach to stakeholder engagement.
- Strong drafting skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
- Admitted to practice in Australia with a current practising certificate.
