As an experienced Accounts Officer, you will play a crucial role in managing financial transactions and providing administrative support.

- Process and reconcile financial transactions across various accounts
- Assist with invoice preparation, allocations and follow-ups
- Support credit card and expense management processes
- Coordinate purchase orders and handle related queries
- Upload documentation to internal systems
- Provide backup support to other administrative functions when required
Prior experience in an accounts, AR or finance support role
High level of attention to detail with strong organisational skills
Proficient in Excel and comfortable learning new systems
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work to deadlines
Strong communication skills and a proactive approach
Team player with a willingness to support others when needed
