As a Residential Life Manager, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and healthy living environment for students. We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee the Resident Life Program.

The Role
  • Lead the development and implementation of the Resident Life Program
  • Design and manage community engagement initiatives
  • Skillfully recruit, train, and supervise Resident Advisors
  • Monitor resident wellbeing and respond to emergencies as needed
Essential Criteria
  • Unrestricted work rights in Australia
  • A valid National Police Check (or willingness to obtain)
  • A Working with Children's Check
  • Mental health literacy and wellbeing knowledge
  • Budget management and event planning experience
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to relate to diverse backgrounds
