Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Strategic Initiatives Manager. This key position will support our organization's growth by driving the delivery of critical strategic initiatives.

About the Role

Requirements
  • A minimum of 3-5 years of experience in strategy development, change management, or related roles in fast-paced environments.
  • Ability to view business challenges at scale and define projects that solve enterprise-level problems end to end.
  • Strong research and influencing skills with clear, compelling communication.
  • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and proactively addressing challenges in dynamic contexts.
  • Commercially minded with experience in cost-benefit analysis, financial modeling, and data-driven decision making.
  • Proven track record in project management, delivering outcomes in growth-focused environments.
  • Excellent communication, time management, and organizational skills.
