Job Overview:

We are seeking a results-driven Strategic Initiative Manager to lead the development and execution of end-to-end programs across various operational verticals.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter with a background in program management, operations, and cross-functional leadership for large-scale strategic initiatives.

You will be responsible for managing complex logistics, analyzing data, stakeholder management, process improvements, and creating scalable solutions.

Key Job Responsibilities:

  • Manage new and existing programs, delivering complex projects across multiple organizations.
  • Collaborate with external providers, customers, and partner teams to craft scalable solutions.
  • Influence the design and development of strategic processes.
  • Engage with other global business units to share best practices and improve outcomes for customers.
  • Use hypothesis-driven problem solving to identify improvements, oversee analytics including data mining, modeling, insights, and recommendations.
  • Lead diverse stakeholder groups to implement new initiatives.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of program or project management experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel (Pivot Tables, VLookUps) and SQL.
  • Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, finance, or related field.
  • Experience in end-to-end delivery and communicating results to senior leadership.
  • Stakeholder management experience at various organizational levels.
  • 4+ years of professional experience in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, or E-Commerce.
