Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes;
  • Facilitate agile ceremonies and ensure clear outcomes;
Requirements:
  • 5+ years in software development with experience in Business Analysis or similar roles;
  • Deep knowledge of Agile methodologies and Scrum frameworks;
  • Strong backlog management skills and experience with Jira;
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills;
  • Proven ability to understand complex systems and translate them into clear documentation;
