Key Initiative Delivery

Transforming the retail and digital landscape as a strategic partner requires a focused approach.

This role drives successful execution of key customer initiatives, establishing consistent ways of working across customer data projects and prioritizing work effectively.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with senior leaders to develop program scope and timeline, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Engage stakeholders across the organization to ensure initiative prioritization, scoping, and clear understanding.
  • Work with teams to develop annual and quarterly plans, monitoring progress, updating, and reporting.
  • Lead regular meetings for alignment and status tracking, highlighting key risks and dependencies.
  • Support leadership in prioritizing work within the program and portfolio-wide.
  • Represent program interests in prioritization sessions and collaborate on cross-stream dependencies and prioritization.

Required Skills:

  • A strong track record of partnering with the business and influencing stakeholders at all levels.
  • A curious nature and interest in complex concepts and making them simple.
  • An understanding of developing and delivering data science, analytics, or reporting solutions.
  • Planning and prioritization of complex initiatives with interdependencies.
  • A self-motivated individual valuing continuous improvement and capable of establishing their own work plan.
  • Clear communication skills with diverse audiences.
  • Demonstrated ability to balance commercial outcomes and deliver exceptional experiences.
