We are seeking motivated professionals to join our Home Care team on a casual basis. This role is located in Parramatta and surrounding areas. Our organisation has been serving the elderly for over 100 years and we are currently experiencing expansion due to new client inquiries weekly.

About the Role: As a Home Care Assistant, you will deliver individualised care and assistance to clients enabling them to continue living in their homes. Your responsibilities may include:

  • Monitoring and reporting on client condition
  • Assisting with transportation
  • Performing household cleaning tasks
  • Supporting personal hygiene practices
  • Preparing meals and snacks
  • Providing health and wellness services as required

Requirements: To be successful in this role, applicants must demonstrate a genuine passion for delivering aged care services. They should have excellent interpersonal, communication and writing skills. Applicants should also be able to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
