The position of Support Worker is pivotal in delivering exceptional disability care. As a Support Worker, you will be responsible for providing physical and emotional support to clients in their daily lives. This may include assisting with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming, as well as supporting clients with domestic duties like housework, laundry, and meal preparation.

In addition to these responsibilities, Support Workers also facilitate community access by transporting clients to various appointments and social events. This role requires a high level of empathy and understanding, as you will be working closely with clients who may have complex care needs.
