The role of a General Registered Nurse is multifaceted and demands a strong commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
You will work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals to assess patients, administer medications, provide wound care, and educate patients and their families about health conditions. This position presents an excellent opportunity for early career nurses and midwives to transition into independent practice and enhance their clinical skills through our 12-month graduate program.
Key Responsibilities- Assessing patients and developing effective care plans
- Administering medications and providing wound care
- Educating patients and their families about health conditions
Ongoing employment contract
One to three rotations within your graduate stream over the 12-month program
Supernumerary time as you ease into independent clinical practice
