The RoleAs a nurse at our organisation, you will deliver safe, competent clinical care while adhering to Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency standards. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support residents' health and wellbeing.
Key Responsibilities- Participate in resident admissions and ongoing assessments to identify care needs.
- Maintain accurate documentation that reflects care delivery and clinical decisions.
- Assist in implementing, contributing to, and evaluating resident care plans.
- Administer medications and ensure accurate ordering, storage, and documentation.
- Diploma of Nursing (or equivalent).
- Current registration with AHPRA.
- Minimum 1 year of post-graduate nursing experience, preferably in aged care.
- Knowledge of the Residential Classification Scale and Aged Care Quality Standards.
- Understanding of the Commonwealth Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI).
