The Role

As a nurse at our organisation, you will deliver safe, competent clinical care while adhering to Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency standards. You will work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team to support residents' health and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Participate in resident admissions and ongoing assessments to identify care needs.
  2. Maintain accurate documentation that reflects care delivery and clinical decisions.
  3. Assist in implementing, contributing to, and evaluating resident care plans.
  4. Administer medications and ensure accurate ordering, storage, and documentation.
Requirements
  • Diploma of Nursing (or equivalent).
  • Current registration with AHPRA.
  • Minimum 1 year of post-graduate nursing experience, preferably in aged care.
  • Knowledge of the Residential Classification Scale and Aged Care Quality Standards.
  • Understanding of the Commonwealth Aged Care Funding Instrument (ACFI).
