About Our Role

The role of the Practitioner is multifaceted and focused on empowering families to make informed decisions about their care and well-being. We work closely with families to identify their needs and develop a plan to address them, ensuring that they receive culturally appropriate and trauma-informed care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Families Support: Work with families to identify their needs and develop a plan to address them, providing ongoing support and guidance as needed.
  • Culturally Appropriate Care: Provide culturally appropriate and trauma-informed care to families, taking into account their unique backgrounds and experiences.
  • Community Collaboration: Collaborate with other organisations to achieve mutually agreed client/community outcomes, ensuring that our services are responsive to the needs of the community.
