Job Title: Case Support Worker
This is a permanent full-time opportunity to work with the Victorian Aboriginal Child and Community Agency in Melton.
We are seeking a committed and culturally aware individual to provide support to our Case Managers and team, delivering a targeted holistic support service aimed at enhancing outcomes for children, young people and their families.
The ideal candidate will have a demonstrated commitment to and understanding of the values that underpin VACCA's vision and purpose. They will have a good understanding of the OOHC service system and experience working with Aboriginal children and families in a culturally respectful and competent manner.
To be successful, you will have relevant qualifications such as a certificate in community services, and be able to engage vulnerable children, young people, their families and their Carers in outreach work activities. A valid Police Check, Working with Children's Check and Victorian Driver Licence are required.
As a Case Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to work in a supportive environment with comprehensive induction and regular internal supervision. You will also receive professional development and training opportunities, attractive salary packaging and 17.5% loading on annual leave.
