  • Resolve project issues and challenges with clients and cross-functional teams.">
  • Support profitability efforts by managing efficient, accurate, and timely coordination of assigned project activities.">
  • Ensure projects are executed in accordance with standard workflow, procedures, and processes.">
  • Support the account team in increasing revenue through selling additional products and services across the business portfolio.">
  • Participate in developing innovative proposals to capture account growth and new business opportunities.">
  • Meet volume and revenue targets for each account.">
  • Build relationships with internal and external clients.">
  • Provide timely responses to client inquiries.">
  • Identify adequate new services/offerings to meet clients' evolving needs.">
  • Ensure high-quality standards in all client deliverables.">
  • Coordinate client-specific projects throughout the lifecycle.">
  • Translate client requests and requirements into detailed instructions for project teams.">
  • Partner with clients, account teams, and project teams to resolve identified project issues.">
  • Generate accurate and timely invoices by maintaining correct project details and supporting evidence.">
  • Initiate new data item requests using the Master Data Management process.">
  • Properly document project workflow, progress, and status.">
  • Partner with Client Integration and the Account Team to ensure a smooth transition for new clients.">
  • Develop and/or adapt processes, policies, and workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, speed, quality, etc.">
