Senior QA Associate Role

The Senior QA Associate will play a crucial role in the Strategic Technical Affairs team, responsible for ensuring the quality and accuracy of artwork across various products.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate changes to artwork and new pack artwork for an extensive portfolio of products.
  • Initiate and track change requests using proprietary systems or third-party tools.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to facilitate timely artwork approvals and implementation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date repositories of artwork and quality folders.
  • Address all inquiries related to artwork.
  • Ensure adherence to established procedures and work instructions aligned with industry best practices and regulatory requirements.
  • Support audits, corrective actions, and quality-related projects as needed.
Requirements:
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in a science or related field.
  • Previous experience in QA within a pharmaceutical environment, specifically in artwork management processes.
  • Working knowledge of GMP and PIC/S regulations.
  • Familiarity with TGA/MEDSAFE guidelines on packaging and artwork.
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
