Job Summary

We are seeking a talented Artwork Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills and excellent communication abilities.

  • Coordinate artwork changes and new pack artwork for products.
  • Initiate and track change requests in systems.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely artwork approvals and implementation.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing product artwork across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate artwork changes and new pack artwork for products.
  • Initiate and track change requests in systems.
  • Liaise with stakeholders to ensure timely artwork approvals and implementation.

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in a science or related discipline.
  • Previous QA experience within a pharmaceutical environment.
  • Working knowledge of GMP and PIC/S code.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving, and organisational skills.
