We are a leading pharmaceutical company in Australia, with a portfolio of iconic brands in the prescription and OTC markets. Our business is built on innovative thinking, with over 600 employees in Australia and 10,000 globally.

We seek an Artwork Coordinator to join our Strategic Technical Affairs team at our Head Office in Sydney. This role coordinates and manages product artwork across Australia and New Zealand, ensuring compliance with regulatory and quality standards.

Responsibilities
  • Coordinate artwork changes and new pack artwork for products across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Initiate and track change requests in internal systems or third-party tools.
  • Liaise with internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely artwork approvals and implementation.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date artwork repositories and quality folders.
  • Field all artwork related queries.
  • Ensure all procedures and work instructions remain aligned with best practice and regulatory requirements.
  • Assist with audits, corrective and preventative actions (CAPA), and quality-related technical projects as required.
Qualifications
  • Tertiary qualifications in a science or related field.
  • Previous experience in QA within a pharmaceutical environment, with expertise in artwork management processes. Familiarity with artwork management systems is an advantage.
  • Working knowledge of GMP and PIC/S code.
  • Familiarity with regulations on packaging and artwork.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to coordinate across multiple teams.
  • Excellent attention to detail, problem-solving and organizational skills.
