Support Clinician Role

We are seeking a motivated clinician to provide comprehensive support to individuals with dementia and their families.

  • This role involves providing vital support through home visits and clinics for dementia and aged care;
  • Working closely with a multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualised care plans;
  • Connecting with patients and families from diverse cultural backgrounds, demonstrating empathy and understanding;
  • Collaborating with a Rehabilitation Specialist to ensure seamless care delivery;

Your Skills and Experience

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • A current registration with AHPRA as a Registered Nurse;

  • A strong work ethic and ability to work autonomously and within a team;
  • Cultural awareness and empathy to support diverse populations.
