Job Role Overview

The Financial Analyst will provide financial metrics and analysis to support business growth in Oceania.

This role involves working closely with the Director to facilitate strategic plans, design commercial initiatives, and monitor sales performance.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop annual business plans and rolling forecasts.
  • Design and monitor promotional strategies.
  • Prepare and distribute regular business reports covering sales orders versus targets.
  • Monitor ongoing sales trends on a monthly, quarterly & annual basis.
  • Review month-end financials with Regional and Country Managers.
  • Assist in building business cases for new product launches.
Key Requirements:
  • Ambitious professional with ability to work in fast-paced environment.
  • Strong IT skills including Microsoft Office; particularly Excel and SAP.
  • Hands-on operator who is not afraid to take initiative and deliver results independently.
  • Knowledge of corporate operations.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
  • Sound financial, reporting, and analytical skills.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
