We are seeking a skilled and proactive Technical Support Specialist to play a pivotal role in shaping the future of sustainable farming across Oceania.
Key Responsibilities:- Provide exceptional technical support via our online helpdesk and on-site when required, ensuring seamless communication with customers and stakeholders.
- Conduct thorough troubleshooting for robotic systems, identifying and resolving complex issues efficiently.
- Deliver comprehensive training to farmers, dealers, and internal staff, equipping them with the necessary skills to excel in their roles.
- Analyse system data to provide actionable insights and solutions, driving business growth and improvement.
- Liaise with international colleagues to resolve intricate issues, fostering collaboration and knowledge sharing.
- Lead hardware and software specification discussions with dealers, making informed decisions that align with business objectives.
- Communicate technical updates and changes to the dealer network, ensuring timely dissemination of information.
- Assist with the sales process through technical consultation, providing expert advice to drive sales growth.
- Support scheduled user management software updates, maintaining system integrity and security.
- Maintain strong relationships with dealers and customers, building trust and loyalty through excellent customer service.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical information in a clear and concise manner.
- A natural team player with a proactive, self-managed work ethic, capable of working independently and collaboratively as needed.
- Excellent problem-solving and forward planning abilities, with a focus on delivering results-oriented solutions.
- Comfortable leading group training sessions, with experience in adult education and facilitation.
- Strong IT knowledge, including proficiency in SQL and Microsoft suite applications.
- Ability to travel locally, interstate, and internationally, with a valid passport and any required visas.
- Prior experience or exposure to dairy/agriculture environments is highly regarded, but not essential.
