Job Overview:

The Asset Planning Specialist will play a key role in implementing and adhering to asset management policies, strategies, plans, systems, and processes.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Conducting and documenting electrical components of asset inspections and condition and risk assessments
  • Developing planned maintenance electrical project initiation documents, budget estimates, and business cases
  • Supporting planning and regional operational teams with strategic asset lifecycle planning
  • Providing electrical asset support to identify risks and opportunities

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Demonstrated experience in strategic asset plan development, whole-of-life analysis, and asset portfolio review
  • Trade-level qualification or equivalent industry experience aligning with the role requirements
  • Experience delivering asset and facility inspection programs and reports
  • Electrical maintenance and asset management experience within the water or infrastructure industry
