As a Maintenance Officer, you play a crucial role in creating a safe environment for residents, staff, and visitors. Your expertise in maintenance will ensure the optimal functioning of facilities, plant equipment, and furniture.
Key Responsibilities- Carry out ongoing repairs and preventative maintenance tasks to prevent asset degradation.
- Identify and address health and safety issues promptly to maintain a secure environment.
- You must possess a trade-based qualification or more than 3 years' experience in a commercial maintenance position.
- A valid driver's license is essential for performing duties effectively.
- Knowledge of Work Health and Safety standards and regulatory maintenance frameworks is necessary.
- National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Clearance is mandatory.
- Current COVID-19 certificate, proof of current influenza vaccination, and other vaccination status consistent with public health orders are required.
