Product Specialist Role Summary

This role will see you working closely with internal teams to enhance commercial and internal capability, drive customer satisfaction, and support our teams with your in-depth product knowledge.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain an in-depth understanding of the features, benefits, and specifications of our product portfolio.
  • Act as the subject matter expert for our products across portfolios to internal teams and customers.
  • Develop learning plans and work with account managers to deliver tailored product training that educates, excites, and empowers.
  • Mentor internal teams to become confident trainers themselves.
  • Gather, identify, and analyse feedback and trends to ensure we are keeping abreast with market opportunities.
  • Support our teams with new product launches, tenders, and contracts, project work, and more.

Requirements:

  • A minimum of 2 years' experience as a Product Specialist or Trainer or in Marketing.
  • Effective and engaging communication skills – both written and verbal.
  • The ability to self-manage and organise your workload effectively to meet goals.
  • Excellent group facilitation skills.
  • Innovative and flexible problem-solving approaches.
  • Knowledge of and proven performance in adult teaching and learning principles.
  • Proven aptitude in using a wide variety of systems.
