About Freight and Logistics Coordination:
This role is a key position within the logistics team, responsible for managing daily 3PL warehouse operations, ensuring smooth freight movements, and maintaining effective relationships with suppliers and stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience in logistics, freight coordination, or 3PL warehouse management, along with strong knowledge of domestic and international freight operations. They should be confident in working with WMS platforms and advanced Excel skills, as well as having previous experience in dairy, meat, or food industry logistics.
Responsibilities will include managing daily 3PL warehouse operations, validating invoices against contracts, coordinating domestic and international freight bookings, and liaising with carriers, freight forwarders, and suppliers to ensure timely deliveries.
A high level of organization, attention to detail, and proactive approach are essential for this role. Strong communication skills, able to build effective stakeholder relationships, and a customer-first mindset are also required.
This 12-month contract role offers an opportunity to make a significant impact on the company's logistics operations, while also providing exposure to 3PL operations in a fast-paced, global food business.
