Engineering and Operations Leader

The Engineering and Operations Leader will oversee the overall performance of a building's engineering services. This role involves hands-on leadership of engineering services operations, focusing on energy sustainability, building commissioning, operational improvements, strategic lifecycle asset planning, project management, and daily property services operations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Ensuring compliance with relevant statutory authorities and good engineering practices for maintenance of the property structure, façade, fittings, finishes, and services.
  • Effectively managing all property services and works required within properties.
  • Operating the Property to continuously improve its performance and reduce environmental effects.
  • Achieving set Sustainability Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) in consultation with stakeholders.
  • Managing and training Property Services Supervisors.
  • Participating in the EHS Leadership Team.

Requirements for this position include:

  • Bachelor's degree in an Engineering discipline.
  • Minimum 3 years of relevant technical experience in critical areas.
  • Thorough understanding of building services design and engineering management.
  • Ability to identify and implement opportunities for operational efficiency and improvement.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, as well as presentation skills.
  • High energy, able to thrive in fast-paced environments.
  • Customer-centric approach.
