Job Title: Infrastructure Development Specialist

Overview of the Role

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Civil Engineer to contribute to the design and development of infrastructure projects. The successful candidate will perform structural calculations, prepare technical reports, and support drawing production for complex projects.


Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver structural analysis and design for bridges, tunnels, highways, and maritime infrastructure throughout all project phases.
  • Produce high-quality technical documentation, including specifications, design deliverables, and reports.
  • Collaborate with drafting and modelling teams to coordinate outputs and manage digital workflows.
  • Mentor junior engineers through guidance and technical feedback.
  • Build relationships with clients and internal stakeholders, contributing to bids and work-winning activities.

Key Qualifications and Skills
  • A degree in Civil Engineering with relevant structural design experience, ideally in consulting.
  • Familiarity with Australian Standards (e.g. AS5100) and local authority design requirements.
  • Proficiency in structural design software such as Autodesk Structural Bridge Design and experience with 3D modelling tools like Revizto.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, including technical report writing and client interaction.
  • A collaborative mindset, enthusiasm for continuous improvement, and a proactive approach to technical and professional development.
