Job Overview:

As a Quality Systems and Performance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing quality systems and processes to ensure effective monitoring and corrective actions. Your expertise in developing and implementing quality strategy plans, policies, procedures, and practices will drive improvement and excellence within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct internal audits to identify non-conformance trends and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and improve quality strategy plans, policies, procedures, and practices as described in the Management System.
  • Review and analyze statistical data using quality management software to identify areas for improvement.
  • Assist in creating documentation, including standard operating procedures, work instructions, guidelines, and control records.
  • Conduct risk assessments and address potential quality issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve product, service, and asset performance targets.

Requirements:

  • A tertiary qualification in Engineering, Quality, Business, Management, Mathematics, or a related field would be advantageous.
  • Prior experience in coordinating quality management activities in a similar role would be beneficial.
  • A strong understanding of quality management systems, tools, and relevant ISO standards is essential.
  • Knowledge of statistical analysis and quality improvement methodologies is necessary.
  • Experience working in defense or equivalent regulated industries would be beneficial.
