We are seeking a highly skilled Improvement Officer to lead our organisation in achieving operational excellence.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement systems thinking, performance measurement, and business improvement strategies across departments;
  • Spearhead the delivery of our service review program, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives to enhance service delivery, reduce costs, and/or increase revenue;
  • Liaise with external consultants, ensuring quality and delivery of actionable insights and tangible outcomes that support our improvement goals;
  • Monitor and draft reports on financial and non-financial benefit realisation.
