**With ongoing training and support provided, we would like to hear from passionate, dedicated and customer centric Receptionists looking for a full-time opportunity in our growing, fast paced practice**

In all our practice support roles, you'll help to keep everything running to plan so that our clinicians are free to focus on looking after our patients. We believe that you'll be a pivotal part of the team, so we'll give you all the support, training and development you need to thrive.

**As a full-time receptionist in our practice, you will**:

- Meet and greet patients, providing a great first impression
- Book and amend appointments, answering the phone, updating patient records
- Supporting the Practice Manager and clinical team with the smooth running of the practice
- Making patients aware of dental services and offers
- Handling payments
- Accessing sensitive information whilst maintaining patient confidentiality
- High-end patient care; building & maintaining relationships with all clients in a friendly & warm manner

**You'll be**:

- Available Monday to Friday with the occasional Saturday half day as required
- Dental experience is not necessary however a willing to learn is
- Arabic speaking is advantageous however not essential
- You're a motivated self-starter, this is a fast paced and dynamic role
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Passionate about customer service and patient care
- Organised with attention to detail
- Ability to build rapport with patients, in a cheerful, light-hearted manner
