As an Assistant Director, Student Support Services Operations, you will lead the development and review of service models and delivery types that enable effective and efficient service provision.

You will establish an ethos of continuous improvement through strategic leadership, resolving highly complex issues and providing advice and support in the management, analysis and use of student support services data and information.

The role requires appropriate tertiary qualifications in education, psychology, speech pathology, social work or other relevant behavioural/social science areas. Relevant experience in service delivery for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities and/or culturally and linguistically diverse communities is desirable.

This is a full-time contract role with an initial 2 years and 3 months term contract.
