Medical Kit Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Medical Kit Logistics Coordinator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating surgical loan kits in line with schedules, communicating with internal and external stakeholders, and managing inventory using SAP.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Kit Coordination: Coordinate, pick, and pack surgical loan kits in line with surgical schedules
  • Communication: Communicate with hospitals and internal teams regarding bookings and delivery timelines
  • Traceability and Compliance: Ensure traceability and compliance across all kit movements using SAP
  • Problem-Solving: Manage urgent requests and changes with a calm, solution-focused approach
  • Continuous Improvement: Support continuous improvement initiatives across logistics and inventory management
