Medical Logistics Coordinator Opportunity

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Medical Logistics Coordinator to join our fast-paced medical logistics environment. This role involves preparing, packing, and coordinating surgical loan kits to support operating theatres across various healthcare facilities.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Pick, pack, and dispatch medical loan kits for scheduled surgeries accurately
  • Monitor and manage the return and replenishment of loan sets
  • Communicate with transport providers to ensure timely deliveries and pickups
  • Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate daily logistics requirements
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock cycle counts
  • Ensure all documentation is complete and invoices are prepared on time
  • Build strong professional relationships with hospital staff and theatre teams
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of warehouse and logistics processes
Required Skills and Qualifications:
