MedTech Loan Kit Specialist Role

As a MedTech Loan Kit Specialist, you will play a critical role in our fulfillment team, working closely with operations and sales teams to ensure the accurate and timely preparation of surgical kits. This is an ideal role for a detail-oriented professional with experience in medical device logistics, who thrives in a fast-paced, high-precision environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Packaging, dispatching, and tracking surgical loan kits and implants for hospitals and specialist rooms
  • Receiving, inspecting, and restocking returned kits to maintain optimal inventory levels
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to meet surgeon and sales representative requirements
  • Managing implant inventory for hospital consignment locations, ensuring availability for critical procedures
  • Accurately processing all products in the ERP system, following standard operating procedures
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in MedTech loan kit operations, preferably within a kit room environment
  • Exceptional attention to detail, ensuring accuracy in kit preparation and inventory management
  • Thriving in a fast-paced setting, demonstrating flexibility, initiative, and the ability to work autonomously
  • Excelling in time management and multitasking, balancing competing priorities effectively
