Scientific Analyst Role

This role is an exciting opportunity to work in a state-of-the-art facility, utilizing a diverse range of specialty pathology. You will be part of a collaborative team environment, working alongside administrative and medical staff to ensure high-quality pathology results for patients and clinicians.
Key Responsibilities:- Delivering operational laboratory activities to ensure efficient workflow and effective service delivery.
- Coordinating scientific and technical training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of laboratory staff.
- Reviewing laboratory practices to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and promoting continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines. They will also have a customer-focused approach, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Requirements include a Bachelor Degree or higher in Science/Medical Laboratory Science or equivalent, as well as relevant knowledge and experience in pathology services, Laboratory Information Systems, Patient Systems, Quality Control Systems, and computer programs like Microsoft Office.

- Understanding of legislation, policies, and safety requirements.
- CT(ASC) qualification with knowledge to screen and report cytology preparations.
