At Endeavour Foundation, we strive to create an inclusive culture where individuals with disabilities can thrive and grow. As an Employment Coach located in Kew, you will play a vital role in supporting people with disabilities achieve their personal employment goals aligned to their NDIS plans.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote Endeavour Foundation as an employer of choice, showcasing our comprehensive suite of services to individuals with disabilities.
  • Maintain strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaborative partnerships.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement to support our employees in achieving their NDIS employment goals.
  • In collaboration with site managers, undertake referral, attraction, recruitment, and selection activities for Supported Employees to optimize commercial operations.
  • Assist in collecting information for internal and external reporting, ensuring compliance with obligations and audit requirements.
  • Collaborate with site managers to review procedures and processes, ensuring efficiency and continuous improvement of service delivery.
  • Support Individual Support Planning and NDIS funding reviews, including developing person-centered support activities relevant to the workplace.

Skill and Experience Requirements:

  • Experience working with individuals with disabilities in an employment setting or direct support.
  • Demonstrated ability to operate within a person-centered framework and apply the principles of social justice.
  • Ability to be flexible and agile in the workplace, adapting to changing priorities.
  • Genuine commitment to the purpose and values of Endeavour Foundation, demonstrating adaptability in a dynamic environment.
  • Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in using current MS Office programs (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Ability to engage effectively with external, internal, and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in training, coaching, and developing individuals with disabilities.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Cert III in Individual Support (Disability) and previous case management experience.
  • Working with Children's Check (Blue Card).
  • NDIS clearance.
  • National Police Check clearance.
  • Mental Health First Aid certification.
