At Endeavour Foundation, we strive to create an inclusive culture where individuals with disabilities can thrive and grow. As an Employment Coach located in Kew, you will play a vital role in supporting people with disabilities achieve their personal employment goals aligned to their NDIS plans.

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote Endeavour Foundation as an employer of choice, showcasing our comprehensive suite of services to individuals with disabilities.
- Maintain strong professional relationships with internal and external stakeholders to foster collaborative partnerships.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement to support our employees in achieving their NDIS employment goals.
- In collaboration with site managers, undertake referral, attraction, recruitment, and selection activities for Supported Employees to optimize commercial operations.
- Assist in collecting information for internal and external reporting, ensuring compliance with obligations and audit requirements.
- Collaborate with site managers to review procedures and processes, ensuring efficiency and continuous improvement of service delivery.
- Support Individual Support Planning and NDIS funding reviews, including developing person-centered support activities relevant to the workplace.
Skill and Experience Requirements:
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities in an employment setting or direct support.
- Demonstrated ability to operate within a person-centered framework and apply the principles of social justice.
- Ability to be flexible and agile in the workplace, adapting to changing priorities.
- Genuine commitment to the purpose and values of Endeavour Foundation, demonstrating adaptability in a dynamic environment.
- Excellent conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in using current MS Office programs (e.g., Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Ability to engage effectively with external, internal, and external stakeholders.
- Experience in training, coaching, and developing individuals with disabilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Cert III in Individual Support (Disability) and previous case management experience.
- Working with Children's Check (Blue Card).
- NDIS clearance.
- National Police Check clearance.
- Mental Health First Aid certification.
