The estimated annual salary for this role is $69,000 + Not-For-Profit Salary Packaging benefits (tax savings) + Super + More.

Job Description

  • Develop strong rapport with participants to understand their needs, interests, skills and experience.
  • Assist with resume preparation, job applications and interview preparation.
  • Identify and assess barriers towards employment and create solutions to support participants at work and ongoing.
  • Create job plans with participants to support clear pathways into sustainable employment.
  • Increase participants' employability through training and other support services.
  • Sourcing employment opportunities through networking and sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain relationships with potential employers and community organisations.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Australian working rights.
  • A full Australian driver's license.
  • Ability to obtain a National Police Check.
  • Ability to pass a Working with Children Check.
  • Demonstrate WISE attributes: Customer Centricity, Curiosity, Resilience, Adaptability, Creativity and a Growth Mindset.
