Urban Planning Opportunity

Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate planning applications against relevant legislation, including the Planning and Environment Act 1987, the Hobsons Bay Planning scheme, and the Subdivision Act 1988.
- Deliver exceptional customer service to both internal and external clients.
Requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in statutory planning or a related field.
- Current Victorian driver's license.
- Solid understanding of statutory planning legislation, the planning framework, and planning principles as they operate in Victoria, including those relating to land subdivision.
- Strong customer focus and confidence in dealing with customers via all modes of communication.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
