Commercial Leader: Shaping the Future of Food and Beverage

We are seeking an experienced commercial leader to drive growth and profitability across our hotels. As a key member of our senior leadership team, you will develop and execute strategic initiatives that align with guest needs and foster strong stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and develop high-performing teams across food, beverage, gaming, and entertainment
  • Contribute to the development of our hotels vision and strategy
  • Develop and implement driver strategies in collaboration with operations, marketing, and internal stakeholders
  • Oversee the management of major contracts and supplier partnerships
  • Drive the integration of category insights and data to optimise range, pricing, space, and promotional strategies
  • Champion category thought leadership and shape robust plans that enhance guest experiences and drive profitability
  • Foster collaboration with marketing, customer insights, and the endeavour merch support team

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience with a track record of driving revenue and profitability
  • Strong commercial acumen and ability to translate insights into strategic actions
  • Experience in buying within hospitality, retail liquor, gaming, or adjacent industries
  • Data-driven and customer-first mindset
  • Strong collaboration skills with experience working across multiple stakeholders
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and remain adaptable in fast-changing environments
