Leadership Role in Claims Management

This is a leadership position in claims management where you will be responsible for providing strategic guidance and direction to ensure effective claim outcomes.

The ideal candidate will have experience in leading teams in a complex service environment and possess strong leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.

  • Lead a high-performing team to achieve service and performance targets.
  • Develop and implement strategies to improve operational controls and meet regulatory compliance requirements.
  • Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure effective communication and collaboration.
  • Proactively identify and manage risks to minimize their impact on the business.
  • Monitor and report on claims service delivery regularly to ensure alignment with business objectives.
About You

We are looking for a candidate with:

  • A degree in business, insurance, or a related field (desired but not essential).
  • At least 5 years of experience leading teams in a complex service environment.
  • Proven background in managing insurance claims, with expertise in property claims legislation and regulations.
  • Strong conflict resolution and client management skills, with excellent knowledge of general insurance and broker environments.
  • Awareness of industry trends and innovations in claims service, with commercial thinking and problem-solving skills.
