  • Ensure excellence in compliance, quality assurance, and financial performance across all locations.
  • Drive consistency and alignment between facilities and the broader network.

Requirements:

  • Proven leadership experience in residential aged care.
  • AHPRA registration (essential).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English (essential).
  • Expertise in care governance, operational leadership, and quality improvement.
  • Flexible and problem-solving mindset with a passion for mentoring and driving positive change.
  • Availability to travel frequently across Queensland, New South Wales, and Victoria.
