We are seeking two highly skilled Delivery Managers to join our Data & Analytics function, playing a pivotal role in shaping the future of energy in Australia.

About the role:

As a Delivery Manager, you will lead an agile delivery team consisting of Technical Data Business Analysts, Data Engineers, and Test Automation Engineers. Your primary focus will be on collaborating with business stakeholders to ensure timely delivery of data products.

Your key responsibilities:

  • Work closely with key business stakeholders and product owners to identify and prioritize projects.
  • Manage a team of individuals within the delivery team, empowering them to excel in their roles.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with internal customers, stakeholders, and other delivery teams.
  • Conduct sprint planning sessions, sprint retrospectives, and daily stand-ups to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Liaise with business stakeholders post-implementation to ensure delivered products meet requirements.

We're looking for individuals with:

  • Proven experience in technical delivery roles within the Data & Analytics space.
  • Strong understanding of Agile delivery practices and methodologies.
  • Good knowledge of cloud data platforms, preferably in the Azure/Microsoft stack.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, internal stakeholder management skills, and high-quality written and verbal communication.
  • Strong organizational and self-management skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to emerging priorities.
  • Experience in stakeholder relationship development, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
