Reporting to the Director, Project Delivery, this role will oversee the overall delivery of construction and Capital expenditure works on our MEL1 Campus Expansion.\", \"Key Responsibilities:\", \"- Lead the delivery of project activities including utility interfacing, budgets, schedules, procurement strategies and ECI interface.\", \"- Act as a leader with vision and drive coordination and integration of internal partners within the project.\", \"- Act as a safety leader while empowering a culture of safety, security and compliance in all aspects of data center commissioning and integration.\", \"- Coordinate with cross-functional teams such as NSD, D&E, Construction, Procurement and Critical Operations to deliver data centers.\", \"Job Requirements:\", \"- Bachelor of Science in Construction Management, Architecture, Engineering, or similar field, or equivalent experience.\", \"- 10 to 12 years of experience in a management role required.\", \"- Complex and technical construction experience is required.\", \"- Data Center experience is preferred.\", \"- Experience in CSA (civil, structural, architectural) and/or MEP (mechanical, electrical, plumbing) construction management is a requirement.\", \"- Proficient in Microsoft Office and project management tools like MS Project or P6.\", \"- Experience developing executive level presentations.\", \"- Substantial project management experience preferred with PMP certification.\", \"At Vantage Data Centers, we believe in a workplace of inclusion, equity, respect and acceptance.
