Early Childhood Education Opportunity

We are seeking a highly qualified and enthusiastic educator to join our team as a Lead Teacher. As a member of our staff, you will play a vital role in shaping the lives of young children and helping them develop into confident and curious learners.

Our preschool is dedicated to providing a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters social, emotional, physical, and cognitive growth in children from 0-13 years old. We believe in the importance of early childhood education and are committed to providing high-quality care and instruction to our students.

About the Role
  • Develop and implement lesson plans that meet the unique needs and abilities of our students
  • Execute curriculum that promotes learning through play and hands-on activities
  • Maintain a clean and safe classroom environment that encourages exploration and discovery
  • Communicate effectively with parents and colleagues to ensure a collaborative and supportive team approach
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (CDA or Florida Staff Credential preferred)
  • Experience working with children aged 0-13 years old
  • CPR/First Aid certification
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
