We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Casual Duty Manager to join our team.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering exceptional customer service, managing multiple priorities, and leading a team in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Leading the Pool Supervision Team: Ensure the delivery of clean, safe, and friendly services to customers.
  • Experience in Leisure & Aquatic Centres: Demonstrated experience in operating leisure and aquatic facilities and associated facilities.
  • Team Leadership: Proven ability to lead a multi-task oriented team in a busy environment.
  • Maintenance and Regulatory Compliance: Monitor preventative maintenance schedules and maintain relevant industry regulatory requirements.

The ideal candidate will possess:

  • Aquatic Industry Standards: Demonstrated knowledge of aquatic industry standards, specifically relating to pool supervision, water quality, and the safe handling and storage of chemicals.
  • Certifications: Current First Aid Certificate and Royal Life Saving Society Pool Lifeguard certification.
  • Working with Children Check: Current cleared Working With Children Check with Services NSW.

  • Casual Positions: Multiple casual positions available.
  • Hourly Rate: Hourly rate from $40.98 - $44.35 plus 25% casual loading + 11.5% super.
