Project Manager - K12 Architect

Job Description

We are seeking a talented architect to lead project teams as our Project Manager (K12 Market). This role allows you to work on both local and projects, executing them to meet design, profitability, and deadline targets.

Key Responsibilities
  • Project Leadership: Manage technical aspects of the project, coordinate with teams, and delegate tasks appropriately. Adhere to schedules, making adjustments when needed, and provide guidance to project architects.
  • Quality Assurance/Quality Control: Review team's work, schedule fresh eyes reviews, and ensure quality standards are met.
  • Marketing Strategy: Develop leads, maintain client relationships, and market existing clients for future projects.
  • Administrative Support: Develop and manage project management methodologies, participate in team performance management, and oversee employees in all aspects of day-to-day activities.
  • Design Expertise: Design flexible spaces that accommodate diverse learning methods, create comfortable environments, and understand acoustical design considerations.
  • Code Compliance: Ensure knowledge of building codes, fire safety, and accessibility standards specific to educational facilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's or master's degree in architecture from an accredited college/university.
  • At least 8 years of experience in project management, leadership skills, and Profit/Loss capability.
  • Architectural License in the United States or eligibility for reciprocity.
  • LEED designation in sustainable design.
  • Effective communication and organizational skills.
