Project Visionary

Grow client partnerships by leading complex projects in the healthcare and institutional sectors.

We're looking for a seasoned Senior Project Manager/Client Relationship Manager (CRM) with a strong background in mechanical or electrical engineering to cultivate long-term client relationships while delivering technically sound, on-budget, and on-time projects.

  • Oversee multi-disciplinary teams to deliver projects primarily in healthcare, with additional focus on K-12, higher education, federal, and sports/stadium projects.
  • Ensure clear communication and collaboration between clients, owners, architects, and internal teams by attending key meetings and documenting project-critical actions.
  • Monitor project progress against budgets and staffing allocations, adjusting plans as necessary to meet deadlines and client expectations.

As a strategic advisor and main point of contact for key client accounts, you'll ensure service quality, proactive solutions, and relationship continuity. Identify and negotiate additional service opportunities as projects evolve.
