Senior Project Manager & Client Relationship Expert

Lead with vision and strategic direction to drive project success. As a seasoned senior project manager and client relationship specialist, you will oversee complex engineering projects in the healthcare sector while fostering long-term partnerships with key clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead multi-disciplinary teams to deliver technically sound, on-budget, and timely projects in the healthcare sector.
  • Ensure clear communication and collaboration between clients, owners, architects, and internal teams through regular meetings and documentation of critical project actions.
  • Monitor project progress against budgets and staffing allocations, making adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines and client expectations.
Client Leadership & Business Development
  • Serve as a strategic advisor and primary point of contact for key client accounts, ensuring exceptional service quality, proactive solutions, and relationship continuity.
  • Identify and negotiate additional service opportunities as projects evolve.
  • Develop proposals, negotiate contracts, and support budgeting and forecasting in collaboration with senior leadership.
Requirements:
  • Engineering Credentials: A bachelor's degree in mechanical or electrical engineering is required; professional engineering licensure is strongly recommended.
  • Experience: At least 10 years of project management and client-facing experience, with a proven track record in leading healthcare design projects.
  • Sector Knowledge: Proven success in healthcare environments, with additional experience in federal, K-12, higher education, or stadium design considered an asset.
  • Leadership Style: A confident communicator, problem solver, and mentor with the ability to balance technical depth with strategic vision.
